This lightweight hydration pack comes with two 500ml ultraflasks sitting in quick-access chest pockets so you can grab water without breaking stride. The 8L total capacity gives you enough space for a rain shell, first aid kit, phone, wallet, keys, and plenty of energy bars without turning into a cargo mule. Ventilated mesh straps and back panel keep air moving when you're sweating through long climbs in hot weather. Fit & Kit

Dial in your fit by adjusting the elastic side panels with the drawstring toggles until the vest sits snug against your torso without restricting your breathing. The NDM harness should wrap around your chest and shoulders with even tension across all four attachment points. Available in sizes XS through XL to fit both men and women. If you're running the included ultraflasks, rinse them with warm water after each use and let them air dry. For longer adventures, the rear compartment fits USWE's Elite Hydration Bladder or Shape Shift Hydration Bladder for extended water capacity on unsupported rides and remote trail races.
