Shipping and Delivery Terms
- All references to “local shipping” refers to shipping within mainland Singapore (and shall exclude shipping to off-shore islands).
- Small items will be shipped using Singpost. Package tracking service can be enabled with a fee of S$2.50.
- Bulky items such as bicycles and scooters shall be delivered using our appointed courier service.
- Local shipping lead time shall be 3-5 working days after order has been confirmed.
- Working days defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

- Bike Stop LLP provides warranty as well as service support to all products purchased on this website.
- All items carries a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Product warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover wear and tear parts such as, but not limited to, tire punctures and chain rust.
Incorrect or Defective Items
