Payment

  • Our online store accepts payment via PayPal.
  • All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping and Delivery Terms

  • All references to “local shipping” refers to shipping within mainland Singapore (and shall exclude shipping to off-shore islands).
  • Small items will be shipped using Singpost. Package tracking service can be enabled with a fee of S$2.50.
  • Bulky items such as bicycles and scooters shall be delivered using our appointed courier service.
  • Local shipping lead time shall be 3-5 working days after order has been confirmed.
  • Working days defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • We reserve the right to alter the shipping & delivery terms and condition any time.

Warranty

  • Bike Stop LLP provides warranty as well as service support to all products purchased on this website.
  • All items carries a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • Product warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover wear and tear parts such as, but not limited to, tire punctures and chain rust.

Incorrect or Defective Items

  • Should the purchased item be delivered incorrectly or with a defect, the customer may request for a repair or replacement. Such request shall be submitted via ask@bikestop.com.sg or call us at (65) 6456 6256 during our store’s opening hours.
